I first set foot on stage when I was five years old. My dad had a country western band that toured the movie houses on Saturday's as a live stage show along with double features and serials and the occasional Bugs Bunny cartoon.
I had pictures of me standing on a funeral parlor chair so I could reach the Microphone as I sang All I Want for Christmas Is My Two Front Teeth.
Forty Years later I had to choose between sitting in an open house or working with Michelle Pfeiffer in LOVE FIELD for two weeks. I became a professional at that point ... at least I got paid for it.
I wrote my first short story, A Murder Mystery, in fourth grade. The plot still works. Working on a true life COLD CASE novel now.
